Privacy policy
I value my time and the time of my clients. As a solo professional, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact my schedule and availability. Please review my updated policies below:
1. Cancellations
You may cancel your appointment without any fees if done at least 24 hours in advance through the booking system. This allows me to offer the appointment to another client.
If you cancel after 24 hours but on the day before your appointment, a flat fee of 500 kr will be charged.
If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Important: Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before booking a new appointment. If the fee is not paid, new appointments will not be accepted.
2. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a 50 kr late fee will be added to your total.
Likewise, to ensure fairness and mutual respect, if I keep you waiting for 20 minutes or more, you will receive a 50 kr discount on your service.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to respond to communication, you will lose the privilege of booking future appointments.
4. Service Removal Fees
Removal is included for services performed at Nails & Colours. Removal of services from another salon is charged separately:
Semi-permanent gel: 50 kr
Reinforcement: 100 kr
Extensions: 150 kr
Acrylic removal is not offered.
5. Reservation Modifications
You may modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your appointment without any additional fees.
6. Pricing Policy
Please note that updates in the booking system may take some time to appear. The most up-to-date prices are always the ones displayed in our Instagram Highlights.
If you book an appointment and notice a difference between the system and Instagram, the prices listed in Instagram Highlights will apply.
7. Other Policies
Age Policy: I do not accept clients under the age of 16.
Children & Babies: Please do not bring children or babies to appointments, as I work in a shared space where massages and other services are also provided.
