I value my time and the time of my clients. As a solo professional, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact my schedule and availability. Please review my cancellation and service policy below:

1. Cancellations

• You may cancel your appointment without any fees by doing so at least 24 hours in advance through the booking system. This allows me to offer the appointment to another client.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee, as I won’t have the opportunity to rebook the slot.

2. Late Arrivals

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a 50 DKK late fee will be added to your total.
• Likewise, to ensure fairness and mutual respect, if I keep you waiting for 20 minutes or more, you will receive a 50 DKK discount on your service.

3. No-Show Policy

• If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to respond to communication, you will lose the privilege of booking future appointments.

4. Service Removal Fees

• If you need removal of products applied elsewhere, additional charges apply:
• Semi-permanent gel removal: 50 DKK
• Reinforcement removal: 100 DKK
• Extensions removal: 100 DKK
• Acrylic removal is not offered.

5. Reservation Modifications

• You may modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your appointment without any additional fees.

6. Age Policy

• Please note that I do not accept clients under the age of 16.

necesito que me escribas algo para poner que tengo nuevos precios y que van a empezar a regir el 1 de diciembre de este año 2025, pero quiero hacerlo de forma calida y amable y profesional. y tambien subir mis terminos y condiciones actualizados a mis historias de instagram, por lo que tmabine necesito una instroduccion para esto. a estas dos cosas, los precios actualizados para diciembre y lps termonos y condiciones los voy a subir a historias de instagram. ya lo actualice en el sistema de reservas
